Join a distinguished panel to discuss whether raising taxes is the key to economic growth or a recipe for fiscal disaster here in Maryland. Panelists include: Stephen Moore (Wall Street Journal), Sen. James Brochin (D-Baltimore County), Delegate Steven Schuh (R-Anne Arundel County), Joseph Henchman (Tax Foundation); Moderated by Christopher Summers (President, MD Public Policy Institute).
